The project involved removing an old, almost 30 year old Warmflow boiler and installing a new Grant Vortex 50/90 high-efficiency condensing oil boiler, along with fitting several TRV valves on radiators. During the installation, Marc identified an issue with two incorrectly fitted pipes in the loft—an error made by a previous plumber. He immediately brought it to my attention and took the time to explain the problem and the solution in a way that was easy to understand. His transparency and willingness to go the extra mile gave me complete confidence in his work.

Marc came back a day later to complete a complete flush and clean up of the sludge from the 30 year old radiators and piping.
