Marc did an excellent job replacing an old boiler and replacing the old pipe work with new ones. The new pipe work is a work of art, clean and very tidy. The job was completed on time and for the price quoted. Marc also went above and beyond staying late to bleed and balance all the radiators. He also took time to explain all the controls and register the guarantee. I would totally recommend without any hesitation, a quality service by a true professional.

Marc is just brilliant. Got my oil tank replaced and repositioned, all organised and completed with no hassle at all. From first contact until job finish he was very professional. He turned up when he said he would even contacting me the evening before to confirm job start and Marc was very polite and respectful on job. I’ve already started recommending Marc and EcoHeat to friends and family—and for good reason. Without a doubt, Marc is the best plumber I’ve worked with over the years. The project involved removing an old, almost 30 year old Warmflow boiler and installing a new Grant Vortex 50/90 high-efficiency condensing oil boiler, along with fitting several TRV valves on radiators. During the installation, Marc identified an issue with two incorrectly fitted pipes in the loft—an error made by a previous plumber. He immediately brought it to my attention and took the time to explain the problem and the solution in a way that was easy to understand. His transparency and willingness to go the extra mile gave me complete confidence in his work. Marc came back a day later to complete a complete flush and clean up of the sludge from the 30 year old radiators and piping.
